The L-Acoustics X12 is a 2-way passive coaxial loudspeaker designed as a “jack of all trades” for short-throw sound reinforcement. It is frequently used for both front-of-house (FOH) applications and as a high-performance stage monitor.

Versatile Deployment
The X12 is designed for quick integration through various rigging and mounting options:
- Stage Monitoring: Built-in risers allow for monitoring angles of 35° (without risers) or 55° (with risers).
- Mounting: Features two 35 mm pole sockets and four M10 threaded inserts for external rigging.
- Amplification: Driven and protected by L-Acoustics amplified controllers (LA2Xi, LA4X, LA8, or LA12X), which provide specialized presets for linearized performance.
