- Compression Modes: Users can switch between OverEasy® (soft knee) for smooth, transparent gain control or Hard Knee compression for more aggressive, classic limiting based on the original dbx 160.
- PeakStopPlus™ Limiting: A two-stage protection circuit that combines a brickwall limiter with predictive program-adaptive control to prevent signal peaks from damaging equipment with minimal distortion.
- AutoDynamic™ Attack/Release: Features program-dependent attack and release times that automatically adjust to the input signal for musical results.
- Stereo Linking: Channels 1 & 2 and 3 & 4 can be linked for true stereo operation, where the first channel in the pair acts as the master.
